Underworld Duo Monk Teambuild
Hey Guys,
Ok, this team build enables 2 monks to tackle the underworld in both Normal Mode and Hard Mode, adjusted and adapted from wiki.

One Monk is the 600hp Tanker and the other is the Smiter.
IMPORTANT NOTE: THE NORMAL MODE BUILDS CAN BE RUN ON 1 HUMAN AND 1 HERO (HERO IS THE SMITER, DISABLE ALL ENCHANTS AFTER THEY ARE CAST ON TANK)
The 600hp Tanker build is the following:
From left to right:
Shield of Absorption
Spirit Bond
Protective Spirit
Spell Breaker (Elite)
Blessed Signet
Blessed Aura
Balthazars Aura
Essence Bond
Equipment for the Smiter:
Max Armor (any), with +1 Protection Prayers Scalp Design
Weapon with Enchatments last 20% Longer and +5 Energy (Totem Axe)
Offhand with +5 Armor, +6 Energy, +6 Energy and Hp+30 (The Bison Cup)
Runes And Insignias for the Tanker:
5x Survivor Insignia
1x Minor Vigor Rune
2x Vitae Rune
1x Minor Protection Prayers Rune
1x Minor Divine Favor Rune
Total Attributes = 14 Protection Prayers, 13 Divine Favor
Total Health = 600
Total Energy = 47
Usage:
Tanker casts all maintainable enchants on himself, then uses Blessed Signet. When he has 35 energy+, you run in so enemies are just outside aggro range. Casts Spell Breaker, Shield of Absorption (SoA), Spirit Bond and Protective spirit on himself then begins to aggro. Whilst being attacked keep and aye on SoA, when it is about to finish repeatedly press the skill so it is on at all times. As with other skills, top up as necessary.
IMPORTANT: Spell breaker is needed to stop Dying Nightmares from using Rend Enchantments, so perhpaps it is best to wait until one appears to cast.
The Smiter Build is the following:
From Left to Right:
Glyph of Swiftness
Shield of Judgement (Elite)
Blessed Signet
Rebirth
Blessed Aura
Vital Blessing
Holy Wrath
Retribution
Equipment for Smiter:
Max Armor (any), with +1 Smiting Scalp Design
Staff with Energy+10, Enchantments last 20% longer, Half Cast Times of Smiting Prayers 20% and Hp+30 (Droknars Staff)
Runes and Insignias for Smiter:
5x Wanderer Insignia
1x Superior Smiting Prayers Rune
1x Minor Protection Prayers
1x Minor Divine Favor
1x Superior Vigor
1x Rune of Vitae
Total Attributes =
Divine Favor 7, Protection Prayers, 12, Smiting Prayers 16
Total Health = 465
Total Energy = 40-50
Usage:
The Smiter stays out of Tanker aggro at all times (His aggro circle touches edges of Tankers). To begin with, he casts Blessed Aura on himself, then other maintainable enchantments on Tanker. Regen energy with Blessed Signet and just before Tanker starts to get hit, cast Shield of Judgement (SoJ). Simple, just stay out of aggro and cast SoJ before Tanker takes damage and most foes will go down. When Going Against Coldfires and Dryders, dismiss Holy Wrath. This way you can regen energy and cast SoJ at regular intervals on the Tanker.
Finally, the builds for doing it in Hard Mode are as follows:
For 600 Tanker:
Switch Blessed Signet for Mantra of Resolve.
For Smiter:
Switch SoJ for Awaken The Blood, Glyph of Swiftness for Purge Signet and Blessed Aura for Life Attunement.
Another Variant I came up with, will be added soon.
Usage of Hard Mode Builds:
Tanker uses Mantra before going against Grasping Darkness, Smiter Regularly tops up Tankers Energy with Awaken The Blood.
I would like to thank Slayer for The trialling and testing of these builds. They are 100% effective after some practice.
