Help with pictures?

How exactly would one post pictures on this forum? I know how to add pictures from websites. But is there anyway to add pictures from, say, my computer?

to add pictures u need to upload them
when u make a topic u will see in the right top corner a button called
servimg
push it and follow the rules what comes
once u done all u can copy past the url that has been made to the thread u want to show ur pict in

or go to the gallery and make a personal gallery
