It has no energy management in the sense of Energy Tap or Glyth of Lesser Energy but if you use the skills right it can save energy. In a hex heavy area changing Dimiss Condition for Cure Hex or Remove Hex is useful. Alternatively i sometimes replace Signet of Rejuvination with an addition condition/hex removal.
