From my farming experience in Hardmode:



Undead (kyrta): Gold Dead bows and Sephis Axes. Very nice can be quick and you get a lot of bones which stack after awhile.



Ettins (kryta): Mostly drop Gold Runes. If you are farming them you kind of have to go through the Undead.



Griffons (desert): Various golds but mostly skins from ascalon so not worth much but the mods are good.



Hydras (dessert): Lots of golds for me for farming them. I tend to get a lot of gold fire wands for some reason.



Titans (Kyrta): Lots of gold runes and rare scrolls

This build can also farm Naga and Kappa in Panjiang Peninsula as well as Naga, Kappa, Mantids and Lesser Oni in Kinya Province.
The Oni can drop Oni Blades.
Naga can drop monstrous fangs, claws and eyes.
